Landbanking is the process of buying Pre-developed parcels of land, then selling the land in the future for a significant profit.

When you invest in landbanking with the Zylus Investments Limited (formerly oga for property investment limited) we pull together
the funds  of all investors and use it to purchase a developing land which you co-own. We develop the land and sell if for profit in future.

What we do for you, the smart investor, is pay you at the end of an agreed tenure, your principal investment, plus interest acquired from the appreciated value of the developed land.
This means that whether the land is sold or not, we are liable to pay you your capital plus interest as at when due.

You can invest in any of our estates: Richview Estate or Chrystland Estate, both located in the Ibeju lekki and Epe axis of Lagos. Locations primed for exponential economic growth.
